Blake Beattie (Director)

Blake is the managing director of 'Inspire Consulting' and is also a director of the 'The Life Changing Experiences Foundation Ltd.'

He has delivered hundreds of seminars and keynotes to organisations throughout Australia and New Zealand, including Telstra, Myers, the Australian Swimming Team, Community Aid Abroad, and Fitness First.

Over the past few years Blake has worked in America, Canada, New Zealand and Australia managing highly successful teams, has addressed audiences of up to 15,000 people and has worked as a corporate health and professional development manager, senior training consultant, ski resort manager, actor and as a sport and entertainment director. He has also featured on radio program 90.1 FM.

Blake has a Degree in Education, a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (with distinction). He is a trained actor and presenter (NIDA), and is also a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and Timeline Therapist. Blake is currently completing his Masters Degree in Business Administration at the University of Technology, Sydney.

Ross Beattie (Senior Consultant)

With over 30 years experience in consulting and executive positions, Ross brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to Inspire. Ross has worked in a number of senior positions including: Senior Product Manager ($7 billion portfolio, CBA); NSW HR Manager (Australia Post); and National Training and Personnel Manager for Retail (CBA).
He has headed major change initiatives involving the displacement of 8,000 people; implemented national training initiatives including recruitment and induction processes; has developed a major results based staff performance measurement system to cover more than 30,000 staff (ranging from senior executive to junior levels); rewrote the 1959 Commonwealth Bank Act giving it a commercial focus; has managed multi-million dollar change projects involving the relocation of over 3000 staff for Australia Post; and provided strategic HR solutions to Telstra and the Sydney Harbour Casino.
He is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and has a Masters of Commerce (Honours) Degree.

David Weir (Marketing)

Inspire’s premier marketing man brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. David has orchestrated multi-million dollar campaigns throughout Europe, Asia, Australia and the USA for major corporations such as General Motors, Lion Nathan and Unilever.
After years of consulting to corporate giants, David has set out to pass on his invaluable marketing expertise to small and medium businesses around Australia. He is currently working with several small and medium businesses across Sydney. As a result of David’s coaching and advice, some of these businesses are already experiencing great results.
David has a wide spread reputation throughout the industry for his innovative, can-do approach. His passion for his work is unsurpassed, always making the most of each opportunity for his clients.

Heidi Rossiter (Consultant)

Heidi has worked as a presenter, actor, model and teacher over the last few years. She has acted on such shows as Home and Away and All Saints and has modelled for New Weekly and Who magazine. She has also been a presenter for the Backstreet Boys World promotional tour and has worked as a speaker for large organisations including Princess Cruises and Fitness First.

Heidi has a Masters Degree in Education, a Degree in Arts / Psychology and has also completed several tourism courses and a Corporate Success program at a prominent finishing school in Sydney. She has also been involved as a director of programs and an image consultant for the Finishing Image based in Sydney. Her work for Potentialize (life changing education) has produced some amazing results.
